Export markets for avocado
Two sides of the same network.
The same growers, aggregators and transport that bring fruit into Kenyan processors also get Kenyan avocado onto a boat. Pick the side you need.
Fruit brought to your gate
We buy from grower networks in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda and bring fruit into Kenyan processors, importing where local supply falls short. A shortfall in one country stops being your problem.
- Oil grade avocado for processors
- Hass and Fuerte
- Import documentation and clearance handled
- Graded and sorted to your specification
- Volumes committed ahead of the season
Kenyan avocado, out to market
Hass and Fuerte aggregated from our grower network, graded to export standard and shipped. We hold the licences and the audits that buyers and border agencies ask for.
- Hass and Fuerte, export grade
- HCD and AFA licensed for horticultural export
- GlobalG.A.P., GRASP and SMETA audited supply
- Grading, packing and cold chain arranged
- Phytosanitary and export documentation completed
Three countries, one season after another.
Sourcing from one country means sourcing to one harvest window. We buy across three, so when one season tightens another is running.
Oil grade runs across all three countries, so one season picks up where the last leaves off.
Export grade is sourced from Kenya, where we hold the licences and the audits.
Season windows are indicative. Fuerte harvest opening is set each year by the Agriculture and Food Authority.
On the ground.

End to end, so you deal with one party.
You give us the tonnage, the grade and the date. Everything between the farm and your gate is ours to sort out.
Source
Bought through an established grower and aggregator network across the region, not through whoever happens to be available that week.
Aggregate
Small lots consolidated into full loads, so you get the tonnage you ordered in the number of deliveries you agreed.
Grade
Sorted and checked against your specification before it leaves. Rejects are our problem, not something you find on arrival.
Move
Transport, cold chain where needed, clearance and paperwork. Tracked to your factory or to the port.
Licensed and audited.
The paperwork a buyer asks for before they sign, in one place rather than buried in a footer.

Social impact
The fruit gets grown. The problem is the middle.
Kenya harvested a record crop last year. Two in every five of those avocados never reached a buyer. Not for want of demand, but because collection, aggregation and transport in the middle of the chain do not work.

Where the value leaks
Most Kenyan avocado is grown on plots too small to justify sending a lorry. A trader who will not drive out for two tonnes is not being difficult, he is being economic. So the fruit sits, ripens, and sells at whatever the gate price happens to be that morning. Or it does not sell at all.
What has changed
Avocado oil processing in Kenya went from 3,326 tonnes in 2024 to 10,188 tonnes in 2025. Processors want exactly the fruit that fails export grade, which is the fruit growers used to lose. There is now a buyer for the part of the harvest that used to rot.
What we do about it
We aggregate. Small lots become full loads, which makes the lorry worth sending. Large growers get a buyer who can take a whole block at once. Both get paid for fruit that would otherwise have been written off, and both deal with one party instead of six.
The goals this work sits under
- 1
No poverty
Income for growers whose fruit had no route to a buyer.
- 2
Zero hunger
Target 2.3, raising the incomes of small-scale food producers.
- 3
Good health and wellbeing
Fruit into nutritional, pharmaceutical and cosmetic grade oils.
- 8
Decent work and economic growth
Labour, health and safety standards audited under SMETA and GRASP.
- 12
Responsible production
Target 12.3, cutting food loss along the supply chain.

Who buys from us
Two kinds of buyer, and we work differently with each.
Oil processors
Processors buying for oil take the fruit that does not make export grade. We supply it in volume, graded and delivered, on standing monthly commitments rather than spot purchases. You get a predictable intake instead of whatever turns up at the gate.
Importers who need a partner on the ground
If you are importing and need someone in Kenya to consolidate shipments, that is what we do. You pay us a fee for the work of aggregating, grading, documenting and loading it.
We do not mark up the fruit. You see what the grower was paid, and your margin stays yours.
If you are buying at scale and want a reference before you commit, ask and we will put you in touch.
Tell us what you need and when.
Tonnage, grade and delivery date. We come back with a price and a date we can hold to.
